step 1.
Navigate to the text menu on the right panel and search "Cold" and select the "Cold, Smooth & Tasty" option.
step 2.
Select the entire text block group and right click to reveal an edit options menu. Select the duplicate option.
step 3.
Select the newly created text block and navigate to the top panel then click Effects and select Hollow and adjust the thickness of the outline.
step 4.
Navigate the the left panel and select Elements. Search for Water and select the Videos tab. Scroll until you find the video you want to use.
step 5.
Select the newly added video clip and navigate to the top options panel and select the BG Remover tool.
You can also trim the video length as desired.
step 6.
Size the video to match the full dimensions of your canvas and layer the 3 items in the following order:
(1) Solid text block group on the
BOTTOM
(2) BG Removed Video Element in the MIDDLE
(3) Hollow text block group on the TOP
You can do this by navigating to the Position option along the top menu once you have sized all images.
